Welcome to the HubSpot community! While there is a big focus on the HubSpot products, the community is open to general sales discussions.

There are, for example, two groups for sales professionals and leaders here:

Inbound Sales (A place for sales professionals to share ideas, learn, network, and be inspired.)

Sales Enablement (A place for sales leaders to learn how to improve and grow their sales team.)
