Really old, but the one that always sticks in my mind is the 'conference call in real life' video by Tripp&Tyler (sponsored by a videoconferencing vendor) - it's really entertaining, very relatable and makes the point without trying to sell to you. I've obviously watched many marketing videos since then as this one is many years old, but this is the one that I always remember.

Just today I saw a video for Weiss Ratings, a company that does crypto consultations. While some of the claims made were a bit hard to believe, it definitely grabbed my attention (maybe those claims are what did it!), and while I have only dabbled in crypto, I was intrigued to learn more and the name was stuck in my head.
What’s the last marketing video you remember watching and what made it memorable?
The last marketing video that I remember watching would probably have to be a movie trailer (I went to the movies over the weekend). The trailer that I remember in the most detail was the Sonic the Hedgehog 2 trailer. I think the thing that made it memorable was that I was watching the movie with 2 other people who had no idea that there was a 1st Sonic the Hedgehog movie, so I was answering their questions/engaging in a form of marketing/promotion for the Sonic movie. Normally, I just watch a trailer, and if something fits my range of likes and seems interesting, I just remember that I want to watch it. This time I had to be engaged/put in more effort, thus I remember the trailer better.
This video will not make me take action, only because that is not a genre that interests me. If I was a kid/teenager, a parent, or someone who played the game a lot, I would be much more interested in going to see the movie/might take action.

A video becomes engaging for the audience when it solves their problem for which they are looking for a solution. An engaging video has crisp information given in quick time while also staying relevant to the audience.
A recent marketing video that I saw was for Hero Pleasure (two-wheeler) scooter. What made it memorable for me is the messaging they were giving out that Girls are no less than Boys in any area of work. The video perfectly elevated the common thing that girls hear when they drive to a positive outlook of Girls taking things in their hands. I didn't make a purchase byt Hero definitely scored in building brand identity for its product.
