The last marketing video I remember watching was for the new Wicked movie, and what made it memorable was how it combined stunning visuals, powerful music, and a strong emotional hook. The video featured clips of the iconic "Defying Gravity" performance, showcasing the talented cast and the breathtaking set design, paired with dramatic music that built excitement. Marketing Video Done Right
The last video i saw that left an impression was the Dr.Squatch ad that featured Sydney Sweeney. It was funny and had obvious innuendos that will make men chuckle. To me they did a blatant approach which fits it's overall brand personality - they often create funny campaign ads.

The last marketing video I watched was for a company called DirtyKid, a giveaway-based business. They use the sales of their merchandise as sweepstakes entries, which offset what is essentially a marketing strategy where a giveaway prize serves as the marketing cost. The shiny car featured as the giveaway prize was particularly memorable, and the high-quality rolling shots of the car gave the video a professional touch.
The video nearly convinced me to make a purchase. However, when I read the fine print of the giveaway agreement, I discovered that there was a way to enter without making a frivolous purchase or spending a significant amount of money.

My favourite video ad is that of a tooth paste where I saw and leaned how to correctly use the tooth brush.
The brand itself didn't caught my attention but how the characters displayed how to they brush their teeth.
This ad is other 15 to 20 years now and as we speak, I have been brushing my teeth just exactly how it was done in the video ad on the television.
Personally, I was not influenced to use the product but rather, I was able to learn something quiet educating which may not neccesarily be the advertiser's primary intention or goal.
In the nut of shell, people click on a video ad base on different reasons and interest.

Calmer Earplugs. What made it memorable was that it didn't seem like a polished video. It looked more like a TikTok of a clearly neurodivergent person with misophonia talking in an unscripted way about how much the earplugs helped them filter out noise that was causing them senory overload. Yes, it helped me take action: I bought a pair for myself and also for my autistic son.

The last marketing video I saw was the infamous Sydney Sweeney collaboration with Dr. Squatch. I remember the commercial getting a lot of attention, especially with many guys excited about their celebrity crush teaming up with their favorite bar soap. Personally, the video didn’t push me to take action since I was already a big fan and loyal member of the Dr. Squatch community, so I wasn’t looking to buy more.
