Pretty much any Jesse James West video will follow the same structure. Introduction of a guest star, doing a workout, getting food, with calls to action every couple of minutes, and always ending with his catchphrase to "stay relentless". What elevated his channel was consistency, and his personality is really what drew people in and what keeps them coming back.

I saw a video by Think School. They make great videos, firstly i feel that they grab the attention of the viewer by asking a question or talk about a crisis, then they give out the solution and very cleverly integrate brands as sponsors that offer the same solution then finally they give home works and ask to carry out our own research which i feel is a great call to action.
