My name is Dan Tyre,  I am a 14 year veteran of HubSpot. I was initially hired as the first salesperson and have helped expand the sales team through management, recruiting, and training. I lecture, speak and write for the HubSpot Sales Blog and coined the term "Smarketing" in 2007 to describe the necessary alignment between sales and marketing. 

Outside of HubSpot, I use my business experience in sales, marketing, and service to help scale fast-growing companies and coach those that want to harness the power of Inbound Marketing to improve their bottom line. Good day everyone. My name is Franki and I am a wildlife biologist, visual storyteller, and life enthusiast. I have been practicing photography for over ten years. With the pandemic, I started my own Youtube channel Franco Alo Photo where I take the time to showcase my impressive Japanese kitchen knife collection and spread knife knowledge. I'm a foodie and obssessed with Japanese culture, have used Japanese kitchen knives for about 20 years now, and this channel has given me a reason to now learn videography. I have loved every challenge from better understanding lighting on set, to post production and which tools to prioritize to improve my final products.
