Animation Videos for Video Marketing

Using an animation video for video marketing is an interesting way to market a business and explain ideas. especially, when unique characters are being introduced.

I was exploring this area before, and I found a software called Create Studio (https://createstudio.com/). My experience with the software is very limited. so I would like to ask

- Have anyone used Create Studio or any other similar software, and how was your overall experience?
- When is the best situation to consider a tool like Create Studio.
