unable to send email after gmail account has been linked

I am trying to send emails within hub spot and it is not allowing me to generate an email please help. I have linked my email still no hope

Can you please provide a bit more detail? Where exactly in the tool are you experiencing this, can you share a screenshot? What exactly is happening when you try to click and compose an email?

the tool is within the email tab in marketing

@ddokubo can you please share a screenshot? There are various places in HubSpot this could be referring to.

If you're referring to the marketing email editor, then this requires connection of an email domain: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/marketing-email/manage-email-authentication-in-hubspot

This is different from connecting your personal inbox for sales emails.
