It's however not possible to directly filter for the content of that exact reply, at least not that I'm aware of.
Alternatively, you should be able to filter any incoming logged email via an activity filter (Subject), see below:
This would also require the sending / reply-to address of the marketing email inbox to be connected as a conversations inbox.
I haven't tested this in this exact configuration so I recommend you do before unleashing it on actual contacts: connect the sending email address as inbox (see link above), send a test marketing email, reply to it, check if the contact enrolls correctly in a workflow filtering for activities with that subject line.
