sales vs service emails

Hi,

How would i go about tracking service email response.

Does the property "sales email replied date" would work in a workflow from my support users?

Hey @dmattauch ,

These emails will come under marketing emails. 

In workflows Navigate to > If/then branches > select Marketing emails > select the name of the email > there you will finid different aspects like replied,clicked, opened, etc.
