Do we have a postback tracking option? 

 

if not what can help me with this situation. 

let's say we have an affiliate that provides us lead via Hubspot form. 

once the lead is verified we want to be able to pass back to them that this lead is a verified lead meaning it is a conversion. 

 

suggestions?
