Hi @BBrown9,

This is hard to troubleshoot without being able to access your portal. However, if you think the data are being displayed correctly, you could reach out to HubSpot customer support to investigate.

I have set it up like you said but the count of tickets doesn't add up, 33 is the total.

I have also got 32 tickets with no company name but when I go onto them they have a company.

Hi @BBrown9,

Navigate to Menu > Reports > Reports > Create custom report > Custom Report Builder and select Companies and Tickets as sources.

Then, set up your Configure tab as follows:

Your Filter tab should look like this:

You can of course pick another visualization than table but I think it's suitable here. You can sort the table via the top left:

Let me know if you have any follow-up questions!

Did you set Companies or Tickets as the primary source here? I'm asking because what is set as the primary source will change the data available and how it's displayed.

Hi @NatHiggins,

For the purpose of this report, it doesn't make a difference. A ticket-based report will also show ticket not assigned to a company (Company name = No value), while a company-based report will show all companies where the Ticket count is 0. Both can be excluded via the report filters for more clarity.
