I'm wondering if you could enlighten me with this: “How to update a contact property based on an event through a workflow?“  
Having issues with finding steps for this.

Hi @GarrosCaro,

 

The workflow action for this is "Edit record" which allows you to set a value in any property of the enrolled or associated records: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/workflows/create-workflows

 

If you let me know which event exactly you're referring to and give an example, ideally, I can elaborate.

To update a contact property based on an event in a workflow, set the event (e.g. form submission, email click) as the trigger. Then, add an action to “Set contact property” and choose the field and value to update. Save and activate the workflow. Ensure the event is tracked correctly and no other workflows conflict.

Hi Karsten, 
Thank you so much for your quick answer! This case involves a 3rd party integration, so basically we are trying to update a property after a NPS is submitted. 
Seems like it's only interacting with "increase or decrease value" property, and if same user submits more than once, the scores are changing that way.
No other property is interacting the way it should be. 
Does that make sense?
