I just started with populating my CRM. I logged a meeting (not through Calendar) that took place a few months ago. For one contact (that I entered manually), it IS showing up under 'recent activities'. But for another (that I imported from an excel sheet), a meeting I entered manually is NOT showing up under the 'recent activities'. What am I doing wrong?
I am so sorry Karsten, I sent you the wrong screenshot. Sorry! Doing things too quickly here. But with the link you sent, I think I figured it out. Is it indeed correct that only activities in the last 30 days will show up? I have a free subscription.
The meeting that I was trying to log, was for last year...
@ARoefs I'm not sure what you're referring to here: "Is it indeed correct that only activities in the last 30 days will show up?" – why would you think that?

Thanks Karsten. I created the meetings separately, they were two different meetings. So one did show up and the other didn't. I'm trying to figure out why.
I'm seeing the one meeting that does show up at that person's contact page (see screenshot).
I'm so sorry Karsten, I sent you the wrong screenshot. Doing things too quickly here. But from the article you sent me: do I understand correctly that with a FREE subscription, I can only log previous meetings within the last 30 days? If so, that is then the reason. The meeting I was trying to log for a different client took place last year.
@ARoefs yes, that seems to be a recent change (February 4th) which applies to the free tools. You would have to upgrade to any paid subscription for older activities to show up.

If I can ask you one more question: Does this mean that when I book future meetings, they will disappear 30 days after they occur? Thank you, problem solved!!!
