When multiple persons of one company subscribe to a form, Hubspot puts all the contacts together in one contact person, with several different email addresses... What can I do about it? I want Hubspot to make a new contact connected to the company if needed, and not put all the email addresses together on 1 contact person.
Thanks! but I'm afraid I didn't explain the problem sufficient.
When people subscribe I want them to become a new contact in Hubspot if they are a unknown. So when a person from company A wants to subscribe and we didn't know this person until now, I want this person to become a new contact connected to this company. Now the information of new contacts of a company we already know, are put into the contact info of another person connected to the company....

@Marinka you can still access the information of these contacts by exporting the form submissions. They will be listed separately there and depending on the volume, you can either create them manually or import them. Before importing, make sure to remove all additional email addresses on the contact they were merged into.

I'm afraid I lost the contacts we already had in Hubspot, now they have merged with the new contacts. I have already changed the settings in the form so now new registrations to the form are automatically new contacts but can I undo the merging of the contacts before I made this change?
@Marinka I'm not talking about exporting the contacts, I'm talking about exporting the form submissions, directly from the form. You'll still see each individual submission, even if it was merged into fewer contacts.
