edit properties based on pipeline

I'm wondering if it's possible to edit the properties of a contact based on which pipeline it is in. We have a few different channels in our company and they require different properties. (im referring to the properties on the left hand side of a contact/ deal card)

Yes, it is possible to make a record sidebar section conditional and only make it appear if a record has a specified value for a property.
