Hi @BBrown5,

Based on your context, I would structure them in 3 levels:

  • Level 1: Business Unit
  • Level 2: Marketing Category/Service Type
  • (OPTIONAL) Year, which allows for easy navigation and retrieval while maintaining logical groupings.
  • Level 3: Elements (photos, collateral material, budgets, marketing plans, etc). I prefer to add the year in the element folders.

Thanks for your post, @BBrown5

I want to invite some subject matter experts, @Jnix284@Josh, and @karstenkoehler to see if they have any suggestions for organizing marketing services by Business Unit. Any thoughts, y'all?

Best,

Kennedy
