I just registrated the free version and in my Chrome Browser the contacts will not show. It keeps loading and infinite loading animation. Also tries clearing Cache and firefox. All others pages, like companies, work. And from there I am able to navigate directly to the contact at that company. AI help bot doesnt help me at all
It’s almost always something small on HubSpot’s side rather than your browser. When the Contacts index hangs like that, but you can open an individual contact through a company record, it usually means the contacts table didn’t finish building yet or something got stuck in the background sync that creates the default view.
What I usually do in this situation is try the same page in an incognito window first, just to rule out extensions. Bitwarden, Grammarly, ad blockers or any of those can freeze the Contacts page specifically. If incognito works, disable extensions one by one. If incognito also gets stuck, then it’s almost certainly the portal, not your browser.
