Hello, we are using "contacts" to store our collaborators, and putting their social media id as "first name". For some contacts, we might don't have their emails. In this case, we'd like to turn on the "require unique value" of the property "first name" to avoid repeats, but failed.
This is currently not possible. Unique values cannot be configured for contact records. However there is a tooltip in HubSpot stating that it's not possible yet.
We might see this feature for contact records sometime soon.
Best regards!

Thank you. We noticed that this appears in every contact property including "Email". But in fact, when we create a new contact having a duplicate email, there will be notifications like this:
Is there any other property that can work as an identifier of contact records like "Email"?
