bulk updating not wanted!
I am trying to see what I am doing wrong - we have many individual contacts that have nhs.net email addresses...however they work for difference trusts. Everytime I set up or update to the correct trust it changes for everyone with an nhs email. Please advise as I'm loosing connections as I am unsure where they work etc

Did you create a separate company record for each trust? This is possible, even if the trusts share the same website URL. You'd just need to make sure to name them differently, like this:
If you're creating contacts manually or importing them in bulk, you should be able to select the company you want to associate them with. If you've created different company records for trusts and assigned them to contacts manually or via an import, this association should remain the same even if new contacts with the same email domain are created in the CRM.
HubSpot uses the company website domain to automatically assign contacts to companies - that's why a contact that was created automatically can get assigned to the wrong company record if you have multiple company records with the same website URL in the CRM. You can, however, disable the automatic company assignment, you can find the instruction in this article. After that, you can assign companies manually.
