Equally distribute NPS survey workflow across customers 2-4 times per year

Hey all. I am needing help brainstorming some ways to trigger NPS surveys to go out every 90-120 days for customers. I am not really sure how to trigger this. The issue is that our customers sign up mostly in Q1, and business is quite seasonal. Beitrag ansehen

Ability to add surveys to workflows

It would be nice to have the ability to send a survey within a workflow. For example, create an if/then branch on if a contact attended a webinar. If yes, then it sends a survey asking for feedback, if not, then no survey is sent. Surveys should hav Beitrag ansehen

Translate feedback surveys into different language

Hi, Is it possible somehow translate NPS or CES surveys into any other language not available in the language dropdown? We need to have surveys in Latvian, Estonia, Lithuanian and Russian languages. Russian language is available in the dropdow Beitrag ansehen
