When I create a task, there is a dropdown of default times as well as a "custom date". Is there an option to customize dropdown options, for example to have a choice be "in 4 business days"

How do I allow reps to reopen leads, i.e. move the leads object from disqualified back to open

I can do it as an admin, but they can't. The problem with opening another lead is that the other lead's history is lost.
