Workflow -Mapping industry from company to contact

Hi Guys, I am looking for the best way to create a workflow to sync the industry at the company level with the contact level. Could anyone please give me the solution on how to do this? Thanks, Claire

how to pick the pipeline shown as default?

I want to set the pipeline that is shown as a default when I click on "deals" tab. How can I do this? I tried reordering the pipelines but this does not change anything.
