If the DepositFix charge has failed on the third time, can we notify our internal team to call the customer? If so, does anyone know how a workflow is made for this?

Hi, Does anyone know how to set up a workflow in HubSpot to notify us every time the payment has failed? It only notifies me once the payment fails. We want to be notified whenever the payment fails (2nd,3rd,4th...)
