If you want to keep associations intact, like linking deals to contacts or preserving notes, you’ll usually need either HubSpot’s API or a middleware that can map objects more intelligently.
Some partners do offer migration services, but if you prefer self-service, a cleaner approach is staging your Zoho data in a database or spreadsheet where you normalize fields first.
That avoids surprises like dropdowns, IDs, or custom fields being dropped. Then you can import objects in the right order (companies, then contacts, then deals, etc.) so HubSpot can link them
Out of curiosity, do you also need to bring over email history or just core CRM objects? That part changes the tools you’ll need. If consistency between Zoho and HubSpot while you transition is the real challenge, Stacksync keeps both systems mirrored in real time, so you can migrate gradually instead of in one risky batch. Hope this helps.

@RubenBurdin I found out that there is a new feature in the last update called smart transfer that might migrate the data without the exporting and importing process but I am not sure how it works
