Wrong Association on Activity feed

Under a contact's activity feed, I get a lot of emails and activities that does not belong to that contact or associated deals. 

I tried to manually removed them, refresh, but nothing changes. Besides the fact that this same situation is in several contacts and several activities and it is not possible to fix them all manually.

Is it via the HubSpot Sales extension? via HubSpot directly? Externally?
