Hello, I have set up workflows for our members who sign up to our webinars throughout the year, they receive a webinar link 24hrs before and a reminder on the day. However, we often get last minute sign ups who will not go into the normal enrolment of the workflow because they are too last minute...
How would I set up a branch that only activates say 30 mins before?
@ADoherty5 yes. If someone registers shortly before the webinar, they would still have their confirmation email – not necessarily requiring a separate reminder in my opinion.

I would consider it best practice to immediately send a registration confirmation right after the form submission, then delay until a day before the event to send a reminder. That way, contacts who convert less than 1 day before the event would simply have their confirmation email.
If you still want to set up a workflow like described, it could look like this:
This workflow should trigger based on the registration form. Highlight number 1 would be the confirmation email, sent immediately. Let's assume an event on the 28th of February, 10 am. The workflow would then wait until the 27th, and send email highlighted with number 2 to those who have registered. Anyone else who registers later than that, would receive email highlighted with number 3 one hour before the event. Anyone else would end up in the bottom right corner and not receive anything.
The delay branches are added automatically when you add delays until a calendar date.
Best regards!
