Workflow that would pull contacts that error out in a sequence

If you have Enterprise you can automatically enroll contacts in a sequence
and what you're asking is quite possible.
If not, the best that you can do is to create an active list that would
capture these people and enroll that list in a workflow that assigns the
task to the contact owner to enroll them in the call only sequence.
Note that emails that bounce are automatically disenrolled from a sequence,
so the only step the owner would need to take is enrolling them in the
correct sequence
