Instead of cloning and modifying, which can lead to changes being replicated across all versions, create entirely new CTAs from scratch for each language. This ensures each CTA is tailored to its specific audience.
You can create different language versions of your CTAs and associate them with the corresponding language pages.

I agree with @Pam. What we could do, though, is request that Smart Rules be added to CTAs like they were on the Legacy CTAs. This would have the functionality you are looking for, such as based on List Membership or Browser Language settings show this language.
