I'm looking for the best practice to log the value of a SAAS deal - should I put the ARR or MRR? If ARR - should I look at the calendar year or 12 months forward?
Say the AE won a deal of 10K/month on May. So do I put the closed won for 10K or 80K.
Important to mention - there's no annual plan, no commitment and they do not need to sign an agreement. Thus say, 90% of the customers keep paying every month.
