I’m wondering if there’s a way to present or visualize the Leads Pipeline in the same way we can view the Deals Pipeline—essentially using the Bucket View (stage-by-stage columns similar to a Kanban board).
Right now, our team is managing a high volume of leads, and having that visual pipeline format would make it much easier to track progress, prioritize outreach, and keep things moving efficiently. We’ve found the Deals Pipeline view to be super intuitive and helpful for our sales team, and we’re hoping to replicate that kind of layout for our leads.
Has anyone found a way to do this with standard tools in HubSpot, a workaround, or possibly through a third-party integration?
At the moment, there isn't a Kanban view available for the Lead Pipeline like there is for Deals. However, you can visit the Ideas section and upvote this suggestion: HubSpot Community - Kanban Board for Leads Pipeline - HubSpot Community. It's a feature I've been needing for a while too!

Yes, I’ve already upvoted the idea — fingers crossed HubSpot makes it happen soon. Have you come up with any workaround or creative approach on your side to deal with this limitation in the meantime?
I’ve never really used the Leads tool much because, to me, it doesn't make much sense. However, one thing you can do—if you have Sales Hub Professional—is create a separate Deal Pipeline called "Leads Pipeline" and manage your leads from there. It might be a bit confusing, but it’s the only workaround that comes to mind.
