I understand that the CRM works in a Customer centric way,

but is there a way to see all the emails that I sent with the "tracking" on to have an idea of how many conversations I'm waiting an answer?

Hi @zerho1,

 

Here's a previous discussion about this.

 

Basically use these contact properties:

 

  • Recent Sales Email Clicked Date
  • Recent Sales Email Opened Date
  • Recent Sales Email Replied Date

For example, you could use the following:

 

Recent Sales Email Opened Date is Unknown

AND

Last Contacted is Known
