Hi! We recently contracted with Storylane (they offer clickable product demos) and are working on our internal implementation plan. We would like to use HubSpot to manage requests for new demos. Simplest version of this would be:
Create HubSpot form for a new demo request form
Automatically create a Ticket upon form submission
Internal notifications to the demo creator and requester
Use the Ticket Pipeline to manage the status of the requests
Automatically create tasks related to the demo creation process
Incorporate an approval process before publishing
We do not use Service Hub, so I think we just have some of the basic funtionality on using the ticketing system in HubSpot. Does all of this sound reasonable? Anyone else have other ideas??
