Users are receiving 3 emails for the same lead

Hi Community! 

My coworkers and I are experiencing a 3-fold set ov emails being received for every lead that is changed. This is in addition to app- and Slack-notification. 

Do any of you have any tips or besr practices when it comes to the general use om notifications?

Notifications are user-specific, so the settings have to be adjusted for every single user.
