Would it be possible to post product updates through the chatbot?Assuming the chatbot is installed in our product.
Example: We just launcehed some new amazing functionality. When a user logs in to our backoffice and enters a certain page, we notify them using a snippet that our new functionality is available and links to knowledgebase articles and maybe launces a surevey after 2 weeks use to get feedback?
@CBroholm This is an interesting idea, a few thoughts:
Since a chatbot requires the user to engage as the trigger, it would be difficult to have the chatbot initiate the sequence you're trying to create.
Creating a pop-up modal would give you more flexibility to control the target, trigger, and content.
You could maybe use the HubSpot forms pop-up as a possible solution, but the limitations would not create the best UX compared to a custom modal.
If you wanted to try the chatbot, you could target it to that specific page and have it prompt the initial message on page load (expanded, not just the bubble). This might be enough to get them to interact with the bot.
Hopefully one of the others tagged will be able to offer additional insight (thanks @kvlschaefer as always!)
If my reply answered your question please mark it as a solution to make it easier for others to find.

I'll second @Jnix284 here. Rather than a chatbot, I'd use a banner or pop up form - which could then lead to a thank you page with more details and even a secondary CTA to "book time for a personal demo."
Did my answer help? Please "mark as a solution" to help others find answers. Plus I really appreciate it!
Thank you so much for your time to answer my question.
- My suggestion was more for a 'feature request'. But I will look more into the options you mentioned. I am pretty new to hubspot so I didn't know those option were available.
