Urgent: Missing Data

I have received an email from Hubspot saying that if I don't log in by Oct 3, my account and its data will be deleted.

 

I immediately logged in (09-26) and found out that all my data, most importantly, all the leads that I worked so hard to collect, were gone.

 

How do I get my data back?

It looks like your account was deactivated. You would have to submit the form at the end of this page to request its recovery: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account-management/recover-your-inactive-hubspot-account

Hi Karsten,

 

Thank you for the prompt answer.
I'm the only person using this account, there couldn't be anyone else.
What I mean by leads: I had a HubSpot form installed on my website through a code, in the form, users could leave their emails. The emails were then saved as a list of contacts / audience on my account. That list, as everything else, is missing.
Or maybe I'm just bad with your platform - please check the screenshot that I added. That's the view I have once I log in.

HubSpot does not on its own delete data – portals might get deactivated due to inactivity, yes: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account-management/recover-your-inactive-hubspot-account

 

  1. Can you confirm that you have permissions to see all records in your portal? (super admin)
  2. Can you confirm that you're looking at an unfiltered contact view?
  3. Are you referring to leads as in the lead object or the contact records?
  4. Are there other users in your portal? Have you checked if they might have deleted records? https://knowledge.hubspot.com/records/restore-deleted-records
