HS crew,
I am trying to upload a file, so that I can quickly attach it as a "Choose existing" option when sending an email from HubSpot.
Where are the Files and Templates > Files drop-down menus? Can't find the file manager.
I do not see it under the Marketing drop-down on my toolbar, as referenced here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/files/upload-files-to-use-in-your-hubspot-content
Solved! Go to Solution.

Hi @KBakhtvar,
That's unusual, what happens when you access this link? https://app.hubspot.com/files/1234567 (replace 1234567 with your own portal ID)
Best regards!

Hi @KBakhtvar,
Are you creating a marketing email or a sales email? Could you share a screenshot of the interface that you're looking at? That will make it easier to point out where you can upload/find the files.
Best regards!

Creating a sales email. See attached for the dropdown under "Marketing", where I believe the File Manager button was previously located--

Hi @KBakhtvar,
It looks like someone removed the access to files from your HubSpot permissions. There is a specific toggle in the settings for that: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/settings/hubspot-user-permissions-guide#marketing (see bullet point "Files")
You'd have to talk to an admin or the super admin in your portal to grant you these permissions again.
Hope this helps!

Thanks, Karsten.
I am a super admin. Looks like I have access to everything.

It takes me to a login page, I click login, and am met with this error message. I click "this link", and it directs me to my reports dashboard

Hi @KBakhtvar,
Before clicking the link, did you replace 1234567 in the URL with your own portal ID? You can find your ID by click NLX in the upper right of your screen.
Best,
Karsten
