Updating products using CSV file import - completely impossible?
SOLVE
I have 200 products in my Product Library and they were created using a CSV-file with all product information. Now I've updated all prices by 5% in the CSV file and would like to import it into HubSpot again, to update all the prices in my Product Library too.
Is this possible? It seems like such a no-brainer feature that I never even questioned if I could do it.
Or do I need to delete all products only to re-upload them again? If so, what is the point exactly of having SKUs for products?
I just investigated this for you and found it is possible! Yay!
You can bulk update products via import using the object ID.
To get the product ID of your products you can export them again once they have been imported. You need to go to your product library, tick next to each product and then select 'export' in the toolar.
Once you do this, you will have a CSV file with all your products and their ID. You can then edit the price vales on this filel and import it.
When importing the file, set the 'product ID' as the 'object ID' at the mapping stage
