Update ticket name

SOLVE

Is it possible to keep a format for ticket name?

I created a form with fields as login email, name, category and decsription of issue. When customer submits the form, a ticket is created in HubSpot with ticket name as "New ticket created from form submission". Can I autopopulate the ticket name as "CustomerName-Category" as fetched from form?

Hi @PBarik,

The "Ticket name" field (internal label "subject") should automatically carry over from the form:

Can you confirm that's the field you're using?
