Unable to upload image

Hi, I have created a landing page but I am unable to upload a featured image. I have tried every way of adding an image - outside of the landing page too too, but I can only add from my library, not upload a new image. 

 

Can anyone advise?

Hi @Fran, could be a number of things like your browser not being up to date, or an extension conflicting, a caching issue. I would recommend:
- Clearing your cache

- Updating your browser
- Disabling extensions

to see if that helps!

Hi @Fran_10 , can you share a bit more about what's going wrong in the process for you? Is the upload button not working with you click it or not appearing?

Hi, the button appears, but clicking on it doesn't do anything.
