Type of Contact Filters

SOLVE

Hi everyone! I would like to filter out a group of contacts which is not of my team's interest. We basically would like to filter out the contacts that have been imported by our Marketing team and has grouped them under 'EDM Mailing List'.

I tried to do the Advance Filter however not sure not it works but this group still shows up on my list!

Thank you for your advice in advance.

@elaineyang I just tested this in my portal and it worked fine. Could you double check, refresh your tab, try again? Could you share another screenshot of the filter?

If not, can you find these contacts in a regular contact list, by filtering through "List membership"? It's a bit uncommon to filter for marketing contact status source – and while it's possible, filtering for list membership might be faster.

Hi @elaineyang,

You need to use the filter "doesn't contain exactly EDM" or "is not equal to any of EDM Mailing List". The "is equal" filter requires the value to be exactly the same.
