Hi, I am somwhat new to Hubspot and have a question.
Is there a way we can turn of the AI chat from transferring the conversation to a human? My intention is to have a fully automated AI chat bot as my company doesn't have any resources nor wants to have human agents responding directly to customers.
I ideally want to remove the "Sent quick reply options": *Transfer
You can stop HubSpot’s AI chatbot from transferring conversations to a human agent, but you will have to use a custom bot for that (instead of the live chat feature).

Avoid actions like “Transfer to team member” or “Create ticket.”
Remove quick reply options such as “Transfer” from messages.
End the bot flow with a final message instead of routing to support.
