We are building eshop on website upgates.cz they are providers of easy builder of eshops. So we are creating our own eshop on their website that will be put on domain obrstoly.cz.
For example, we use hubspot for landing pages, and than the landing pages are on domain obrstoly.cz
HubSpot has in accout managment - Connected apps, where I can use stripe to integrate it. They have the same option to choose from many apps, but there is not HubSpot...
Thats the reason why I am asking if there is a way to connect it together so the contacts or deals will write to hubspot automatically?
if there's no direct integration available connecting HubSpot to a custom platform can be challenging - but it's not impossible.
The most flexible solution would be to develop a custom integration using HubSpot's API. Upgates likely offers an API for accessing order and customer data. You can use HubSpot's API to create or update contacts, deals, and other objects in HubSpot. A developer could create a script that periodically fetches new data from Upgates and pushes it to HubSpot. This approach obviously requires technical expertise but offers the most control over data synchronization.
Alternatively, if Upgates supports webhooks, you could set up notifications for new orders or customer actions. In this case you would configure Upgates to send webhook notifications to a middleware service. The middleware can process the data and use HubSpot's API to create or update records. This method allows for near real-time updates but likely requires some development work, too.
You could also consider using a third-party integration platform like Zapier. These platforms often support a wide range of e-commerce systems and CRMs. With Zapier you can create "zaps" or scenarios that trigger when new orders are placed in Upgates. The integration platform can then create corresponding records in HubSpot. This option is generally easier to set up but may have limitations in terms of customization.
As a temporary solution, you could export data from Upgates regularly and import it into HubSpot. Make sure to export customer and order data from Upgates as a CSV file and use HubSpot's import tool to bring the data into your CRM. This method may be labor-intensive but can work as a stopgap measure.
As your next steps, I recommend reaching out to Upgates support to inquire about any existing integrations with HubSpot or similar CRMs, their API capabilities and documentation, as well as recommendations for connecting to external systems. They may have solutions or best practices specific to their platform.
Last but not least: Always remember to consider data privacy regulations when transferring customer information between systems, i.e. ensure you have the necessary permissions and safeguards in place.

Could you clarify if your goal is to integrate HubSpot with upgates.cz? You mentioned how HubSpot can integrate with Stripe, but I am not clear what you mean by "They have the same option to choose from many apps, but there is not HubSpot"
Let me know and we can dig into this together!
Best, Kennedy
