Those of you who get leads offline from events, do you have an easy way to add them to HubSpot?
We have an events team that has been getting leads' contact info and Slacking it in a message to the sales team. The sales team then has to manually assign that on our current Zoho CRM.
Looking for a streamlined way to get leads to sales and follow up with them. We will be connecting an automated email to these contacts.

Pro Tip: Don't forget to mark your contacts "Offline Lead Source" with the event name so you can use it for all kinds of segmentation and data analysis
Thanks for the tag @BérangèreL. I'd share those same resources, and the ideas @Shadab_Khan shared on the mobile app. Instead of sales sending a Slack message, adding them right at the event (especially with the business card scanner) is the most efficient way.
Then you can create a list (static to manually add them in one mass edit) of everyone added during that time from the mobile app.

Hey Marisa12 I know you have a lot of answers here already. But I wanted to add a few more recommendations.
The companies I've helped with this needed to go beyond just adding people into the database. They wanted a place they could:
1) Automatically and easily add contacts in and tie them to the event they came to with all of the context and information surrounding their conversation.
2) Measure: A way to report on the ROI of the events they were attending.
As you know the offline events are not that helpful to understand this.
Here's how I helped my clients:
1) I use a scanner tool that can scan anything and get the sales rep the email as well even if its not on the business card or at the event. This scanner allows the rep to quickly get a lead into Hubspot with all the context, like how hot the lead is, what the conversation details were and what event it came from. It's better than the Hubspot lead scanner. Best part is sales can action the lead directly within the scanner.
2) Second I ensured my had ability to track what deals are created and closed won from events and not stuck in the offline source black blox. To do this you need some ops help to build a custom attribution source.
If you ever want to chat more about it happy to have a conversation.

How would you keep track of which events give me the best qualified leads. Adding the leads through scanning the business card is great, but i also want to track where i met the lead, and look back to which events have the best results. Would i create a custom fields for that information ?
@mohamedhamad The best way I've found to track this is with a custom field with a naming convention like Event - Engage 24 - Pre Event List - August 2024 that tells you information about the event.
Have a first and last touch field and then a SQL field. Stamp that on the Deal when a deal is created.
@mohamedhamad you can create a custom field where you fill in the name of the event, yes. You can also create static lists of the folks, based on create date and where you met them.

Just to clarify, you'd like to be able to track offline events in HubSpot, once they have been manually added to Zoho CRM? You are using this integration "Zoho CRM", right?
I'd like to invite some of our Community Members: @karim-Aridj, @Dshlev and @afusalan, are you still using this integration "Zoho CRM"? If yes, how are you tracking offline events, please?
I also wanted to invite a couple of subject matter experts to this conversation @Mike_Eastwood, @danmoyle and @Shadab_Khan do you have any suggestions to add to help @Marisa12, please?
Also, if anybody else has anything to add and/or share, please feel free to join in the conversation🙂
