Tracking Prospect Contracts

Hi, 

I am looking for a way to track prospective customers' contract dates with our competitors. What would be the best way to do this?

Hi @RKendall5,

This sounds like it would be a custom date property on the company object: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/crm-setup/manage-your-properties

This would allow you to create lists of companies where this date is less than X days from now.

You can also pin notes to company records for more added context: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/contacts/pin-a-note-in-a-record

This'll save you more of the scarce custom property slots in the free CRM.
