We are planning to do some of our own direct mailing in house for prospects, as we've tested a few tools that aren't quite what we are looking for. Have other folks implemented best practices for tracking when they are shipping items to prospects/ customers directly, in Hubspot?
In that case, you can create contact properties example "Parcel shipped" and set the field type as yes or no which will help you in segmenting contacts to whom you have shipped or not simultaneously it will help you out in reporting also

Thank you! I am aware of activity tracking via email, but think what I was more so curious of is how others are tracking when they are shipping a package.
Perhaps it's as easy as making sure the person shipping is adding a note to a contact with the information we are wanting to track (what we shipped, tracking #s, when it shipped, etc..), but am not sure how that would translate into reporting.
