Wondering if there is a way to track a bulk mail campagin in HubSpot.
Previous posts are more for when sending direct mail to an already known contact, but I'm talking about a bulk direct mail campaign sent to evey business within a postal code. We've sent out a post card with a QR code that directs people to a specific landing page.
We want to be able to track how many contacts reach out once recieving the mail, who visits the landing page and responds to our CTA. Any ideas on the best way to go about this?
1. Generate a unique QR code for the direct mail that links to a specific landing page in HubSpot. This will allow you to track visits from the campaign.
2. Set up a dedicated landing page in HubSpot for the campaign. Ensure it has clear CTAs (Calls to Action) and trackable forms.
