Track webinar attendees without custom object

SOLVE

I am desperately searching for a way to track attendees to our webinars, hosted in a 3rd party platform which does not have a native integration with Hubspot.

I need to track which contacts attend which events, when they registered, how long they attended for etc.

Ultimately I need a Contact view which shows all webinars they have attended and a Report view summarising webinar highlights (top attendees, most popular webinars, etc.)

I have tried using Marketing Events however this is either a useless feature or I am not using it correctly.

Any guidance on either a) how to track this information without the need for Custom Objects (Enterprise is too expensive for just this one feature); or b) how to use Marketing Events more effectively to track this info.

Thanks in advance!

P.S. I have Sales Pro

Track webinar attendees without custom object

Hi @JNunesGoncalv,

It's hard to say without having more context / details / requirements, but one option could be expanding your data model... https://knowledge.hubspot.com/data-management/data-model-templates

... then renaming one of the new objects (e.g. appointments) to your needs. (There is a beta under Settings > Product updates called 'Rename HubSpot Defined Objects'.)

Voilà, you have a custom object on the Professional level.
