Playbooks help reps ask the right questions and collect the right information. This should be the information needed to move along the pipeline and playbooks should be built out for different scenarios/situations.
Required properties for deal creation and movement along pipelines is helpful to ensure all of the boxes have been checked. The required information should be part of the playbooks as mentioned above.
Customizing the records is one of my favorite ways to visualize captured information and it's usually very efficient for sales reps.
We often create reports/filters that pull in deals that are missing required information. This can be customized for different situations and scenarios as well. We usually create a "Deal Hygiene" board so reps can quickly see deals missing information and it's easily accessible by sales managers as well.
