Time Tracking on Customer Objects

Hi All, 

I've seen the various posts about time tracking integrations but we're specifically looking for one that integrates with Hubspots Customer Objects as that's where our Service Requests live. 

Does anyone have any suggestions of an easy to use tool that integrates with Hubspot (or is native to Hubspot) that we could/should try?

Just a few clarifying questions:

1. When you say customer object do mean the company object or custom objects?
2. You are saying "that's where our "Service Requests" live, meaning what exactly - what is a service request in your terms, and why is not living on a ticket?
3. What do you actually want to track - the total time between a request being received and being resolved or the actual time someone is working on it?
