Does anyone utlize texting as one method of outreach or communcation with contacts? If so, how are you logging or recording it in Hubspot? Any tips or recommnedations?
Hi @HKing9 ! There are a number of texting solutions that integrate with HubSpot. Here's a list of them from the marketplace. Our product is SMSZap. It lives in your HubSpot portal so you can text 1:1 from contact records, or you can automate/send mass texts through HubSpot workflows. All SMS activity is logged on the contact's timeline.
